4. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We make every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. Slight differences may occur due to your screen settings or production variations.
Our banister scenes are DIY decoration kits. Each kit includes the figure, decorations, cotton snow and an LED light string, which you arrange yourself. Because the cotton snow is spread by hand, the final length and look of each scene may vary slightly from the photos, and lengths shown on our website are approximate.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product we offer and to discontinue any product at any time.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
6. ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
7. SHIPPING
Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Our products are decorations, not toys. They contain small parts and batteries, so keep them out of reach of young children and pets. Use the LED lights indoors only. Insert batteries correctly, remove them when the decoration is not in use, and switch the lights off when you leave the room or go to sleep. Do not place the decoration near open flames, heaters or other heat sources. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, modification, or use beyond the stated purpose of the product.
14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Railside Christmas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Railside Christmas harmless from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Railside Christmas.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
